Use anti detection softwares like Dolphin anty with proxies. I am sure it will help you avoid the bans.

What kind of content are you going to publish if not a repost then you dont need software.
Manual can help you easily. With Repost content you may need bots.
Su Social should be something you can look at still Instagram is cracking down hard on bots.
I was using an extension to follow users with a huge delay and still got a block moved to Manual actions then.

- Make sure that you use scrapers to do the necessary API calls on behalf of your main account (This way the scrapers take a huge load off the main accounts).
- Don't use the same IP between your main and scraper accounts.
- Use proxies if you are running multiple accounts (data center proxies for scrapers and residential or 4g for mains if possible).
- Don't use the same bio, posts, links, post caption ..etc across many accounts. Keep every account unique.
- Don't use spam words (free, freebie, $$$, sex, xxx, bonus ..etc ) in your comments, DMs, posts caption ..etc.
- Use multi-level spin syntax if you are doing comments or sending DMs.
- Do a reasonable number of actions per hour and per day.
- Avoid logging in to the account on other devices/browsers while they are executing actions on the software.

If all you need is follow/unfollow, there are probably dozens of working tools out there right now, capable of meeting those needs. I would personally suggest finding a tool that's great at running story reactions instead. Action limit for story interactions (likes, quizzes, polls, sliders, etc.) is about 11x higher than what it is for follows, giving you a much greater daily reach.

There's still quite a few available out there, if having a custom tool isn't your thing. You can check around the Marketplace section with ones that have the specific functions you need. Be sure to use quality mobile poxies to minimise the risk of getting banned, etc.

The key, as many of you mentioned, is to mimic human behavior – gradual actions, randomized intervals, etc. Also, using quality proxies is crucial.

I only used this to send IG messages and I had more problems than the service worked well, there were problems every day and I constantly had to confirm accounts and the like.
