Unfortunately there is no free solution that I know of.
Ask other members who have active semrush or ahrefs accounts to run the reports for you.

Can you run bulk reports in it? Is semrush even good for kw difficulty?

What do you call bulk? How many domains are you looking to dig?
Not domains. Kws. I have a huge list of keywords that I need to check competition

There is nothing like precise difficulty checker. Especially of the first page is dominated by hidden PBN links. Rule of thumb is - if the root KW is easy enough, then everything related should be as well.
Sure, bulk checking the competition will help big time with filtering, but you will filter out many good keywords and will have to go through the rest manually anyway.

How did you get your keywords from begging
As the idea to do them single incase you miss any gems as stated.
It would kill you ,if you got a keyword ,and a longtail you miss ,but that longtail the winning money maker....

If the keywords that you have are in and around your primary keyword then use serps com to check your primary keyword competency. From that, you can see more suggested keywords and its search volume. If your list of keywords that match the suggested keywords, then you can see the keyword competency of all your listed keywords.

SEMRUSH is best . quick and easy export like our keyword tool. appears to list more longtail keywords.

1. solution free account https://majestic.com/ , could check 50 keywords at once , from Tools>link map tools> keyword checker , less INanchor & Intitle less competition .
2. I have agency account with secockpit i could check 1,000 keywords at once automatically , pm your keywords i will check it for you .

Mondovo has a bulk keyword checker but only volume and CPC data but not difficulty. Restriction right now is volume limited to a few countries and you can check for 300 at a time but you might find useful. There is no monthly subscription you just pay something (usually in the cents) for the report.
