I hope so, I am thinking about buying link pyramid.
It has 12k positive ratings on Fiverr but I am not sure if it's safe

Instead of gigs, buy SEnukeX or GSA.

Yeah, I was thinking about that but people say that manual SEO converts better than massive spam from GSA / SEnuke.
