Any good "digital agency" course you recommend?

I'm planning on expanding my small SEO and ORM agency. I'm sure a course could help me, cause I'm lacking structure and a plan. I don't like those "5.000 videos + 45 PDFs" courses (totally unnecessary) made by good sellers, not guys/gals with experience building and running an agency.
Any recommendations?

Haven't watch any yet. I have two on my NAS from a few years ago, can look for them and tell you the name. But yesterday I was browsing them and I think that a 12 minutes video just for the idea of "you gotta create am agency that runs without you" (dah!) gives me an idea of the other 67 videos.

That course do you have?

Hey I just had a question for the OP. I’m starting try to sell digital marketing services. Was wondering if you could dm me with some advice or personal experience that helped to start getting customers. I’ve done work by word of mouth but now that I have no projects, I’m a little stuck on which way to go and cold calling sounds nerve racking .

thanks!

would appreciate some tips too, I'm looking to start offering digital services as well (white labeled from BHW lol) first to supplement my salary and maybe one day escape my day job. the task looks daunting especially for me (I can't source local clients aggressively because of my current contract at my job, and cold calling US prospects seems daunting just considering the time difference).

So I'd also appreciate any tips you can share or just a nudge in the right direction where I can start off.

I can’t. Once I hit 15 post replies I will dm you.

Now I’m wishing I hadn’t been a lurker on this forum for a few months haha

2 hour agency book is the best I have come across so far.

You should read it.

can you give a brief review, how difficult was the method to set up? roadblocks? and how long it took you to make it work?

This forum + Youtube is all you need to start your journey, you can also check the journey section to get ideas

There are some guys on YouTube who do it well. Look up Trey Cockrum, has good content and tips for scaling as well

I've actually run a digital agency - makes me think I should create a course, because all the stuff I've seen is complete garbage. A lot of the "popular ones" are shilling the same services - it's not easy finding clients, but to scale up it starts to get difficult. If you get big enough you'll hit the quality assurance plateau.

I don't have problem finding clientes, just with the ones that come from word of mouth it's enough. But for years I didn't want to grow because I hated running an agency, dealing with a lot of costumers, employees and so on.
I don't know if it's because I'm getting older, but now I feel like it's not that terrible, specially if I grow the right way. I'm making good money, but I could make a lor more if I just decided to grow. But I don't wanna fuck up.

For the guys asking for tips, I could create a post or just reply here. I can answer all your questions, but bare in mind that:
1. I don't sell services on BHW
2. I'm a cheap bastard: I pay handsomely to my two employees, but group buy tools if I can (I pay for keyword.com, but not for ahrefs), for example.
3. I don't look for clients, so I can't answer questions regarding funnels or ads, for example.
