Any good CPM ad networks?

I've been monetizing my websites using popup ads for the last year now, getting about $2/day with them but the returning visitor rate is not that high.
Popups usually are annoying and drive users away.

My websites drive about 2000 uniques/day, 4000 pageloads/day

I've used some cpm banner networks but the max payout i've got per day was just under $0.50.

Anyone know of any good cpm network which pays $1 or more for 1000 unique users?

And none of those pretentious douches which must first approve your account.

You can try admediaking cpm ad network.They are giving good cpm rates.Although cpm rates depends upon geos traffic.If you have maximum traffic from us,uk and canada with conversion you can achieve more high cpm rates.I am using this ads network for my download site.
