No.

Unique articles, quality articles that aren't just rewritten or spun -- they have to make new points or assemble talking points in a way that cannot be found elsewhere on the internet. Not that hard if you're just writing naturally -- impossible if you're using spintax or having a $5 per article writer simply rewriting other people's articles.

Google has patents where they identify similar sources linking to your money site, then consider them all the same resource (links from 20 private blog network become as useful as just 1 link), if your content isn't unique enough.

Throw on top of that all the other hoops you need to jump through, unique IP hosting, unique templates, unique registrant info -- there's no push-button software that can properly construct a private blog network.

But that's ok, because building them manually, properly is profitable enough to justify the effort.

Unless you're building a public network of 1,000 sites just do it manually. Forget short cuts. You'll get nailed by Google over taking short cuts in the end.

just don't understand that, I thought that all PBN sites should be related with your main page. Is it good to have domain concerning flowers while your money site is about car repair?

A pbn domain has to be a real exspired heigh da and tf for Quilty , but the domain is not allowed to be niche related to the project , why , think about it, pbn are not allowed it blackhat , if google noticed you was pushing a sales website from a pbn , your be ban. Any exspired domain with high da and tf can be used , you hide the domain via htacess and all internal domains need to be google indexed .....

You need also understand that a lot of pbn use expired domains with heigh da tf but also they use the wayback website to recover the old website, to claim it and know use it for there pbn , the old website might have 500 articles in there niche, You get a application that re builds old websites from exspired domains , that why you can make 50 websites so quick.
