I need to check if my URL is present or not on 50000 pages

I've searched for many link checker, also tried this free link checker www m6.net/software/screenshots/LinkCheckerScreenshot.JPG

but they're really slow (10 backlinks / minute)

What do you use ?

You can try link checker of scrapebox... You don't need scrapebox to check links... Link-assistant is another good tool for this use and I use them almost on daily basis. There are lots of options but free link checker from scrapebox is good solution and it's really fast. I didn't tested it with big list but I believe it should not take much time.

The best one out there is uVerify from ugetlinks.com. There are a number of other free tools also available from this site.

I'm not searching backlinks i already have.

I have a txt files with thousands of URLs of webpages to search my website's URL on.

I found out that Seo Powersuite LinkAssistant is ok

Haven't tried yet, but reading your opinion about it, Scrapebox seems also good for this kind of task.
