Any good Background check affiliate program?

Can someone give me an Idea about a good converting background check offer? I know many out there but they either pay too less or they are with the worst reputed networks. Also if its just 1 time purchase(no free trial), that`d be great for my sorta traffic. I have got tons of targeted people from USA. I`m whiling to do a deal as well if someone of you guys got some better ideas.
