Although you have mentioned Jarvee, why not though? With high quality Proxies and good accounts it will work just fine.

Jarvee is too pricey and not only that i'm looking for like a one-time subscription for the software.

Facebook hates any third party apps using its APi for auto posting to Facebook Groups. I have not seen any automated posts in the past year in any of the 100 facebook groups that i am a member of.

Even though jarvee is pricey, they are stable. Other may just stop updating their bot causing you more problems down the road.

It does helps, that's 100%. However because it's brand new you MUST do slow warmup, you need to act as human as possible, also Follow back raito play here, I noticed that some of my Childs accounts that get high follow back rates survive for so long compared others.

follow back ratio should not be too difficult. I’m thinking back to when I made a gaming Facebook. I just joined megapolis groups and in those groups there was postings with people wanting more friends

Think with these you can only posts on groups you own. Not 3rd party groups you are member of. The last time I checked.
