Any good alternative for CB weight loss products?

Currently I'm promoting CB weight loss products and actually doing fine right now, the refund rate is around 13%, well I can live with it, but I was wondering, is there any good alternatives which are not "very easy" to refund so that you can avoid freebie seekers? I guess physical products would be better, where can I find those to promote?

Amazon is good, but it just takes too long to get your money back. And I'm outside of US, so basically getting the money they sent by paycheck is really a pain in the ass(could take more than 3 months to finally get the real money in my bank account)

Check to see if similar info products are being offered via the instant Paypal affiliate programs like Rapbank, Payspree, etc.

If you live in the US, PM me. I can sponsor you into Beachbody. You can then sell P90X, Body Beast, Insanity etc... They sell very well. Refunds are close to non existent.

Tons of promo material is available.

The down side is that only people living in the US can become distributors currently.
