10Web is built on top of WordPress and Elementor. It uses AI to build the website after you fill out a questionnaire. It starts at $10 per month including hosting if you pay annually, $20 if you don't.

I've never used it as I decided on Bookmark as an AI Website tool when they were both first released. I chose wrong! 10Web is still here, Bookmark was terrible and closed down a few months ago.

There are others, but I can't think of anything else in your price range.
