There are a few good AI tools for turning photos into realistic animated videos:
D-ID :
Great for creating talking head videos from a single image. Very realistic facial animations.
Pika Labs or Runway ML (Gen-2):
Good for generating video content from prompts or images.
HeyGen :
Useful for photo-to-video with voice and lip-sync.
TokkingHeads : fun and simple for animating faces from a photo.
Depends on your use case (talking avatar, motion animation, etc.), but these are solid options to start with

Runway is good for animation. There are many tutorials on youtube for making animation videos with Runway.
