I literally just had to do a phone interview for a cpc publisher account. WTF!

Are there any good affiliate sites out there that pay on time and pay well, in addition to not making you get on all fours and blow them to get in?

You need to be sure about what kind of affiliate (cpa, sales, etc.) do you want?

yes...

you can also become a D-I-Y affiliate. when you find someone offering a service, ask them if they pay for referrals. this is really good for financial services.

There are some really great networks out there. We came across one that was completely open not to long ago, just signup, no interview etc. Payouts were higher then most, net 30 until you're on 60 with them though. That way they can qualify your traffic.
