Any giveaway / contest sites with CPA integration?

I'm trying to find something similar to the image below with additional CPA integration. For example: They receive an extra point towards the contest when they complete a CPA offer

I'm sure I could send them to the URL, but there would be no way of the site knowing if they completed the offer to reward them the additional point. If one exists with proper CPA integration, I would greatly appreciate it if you pointed me in the right direction.

you actually put the cpa offer in some kind of hosted offer wall and give gleam.io the link after they complete the offer .

I do something similar using King Sumo and was going t write a Method thread eventually about it since I pull in about $30-$50 per giveaway since I've been doing this but it's the law of averages, to be honest. There is no way for me to verify that they actually signed up for the offer but as long as some do, I'm fine with it.

another idea that iam actually using now . is create an offer wall put a code after they complete the offer (the redirect page) , in gleam use code input to give points
