any GitHub coders? or AI?

I want to find better ways to design sites, I had to switch from webflow to GitHub, because they don't allow certain things that GitHub does, I haven't used the coding lines before, any way to learn or to get someone to do it for me cheap?
Or is there any AI to do it for you?

Wym github coders? If you mean github pages, you just need simple html/js/css files as if you were uploading to a html/php host. If you are generating HTML pages through AI already, then that is precisely what you need.
