Any Germans here?

Hi there, Ive been contemplating to setup a whole bunch of cpa+codebreaker sites and if it matters, it will be aimed at mostly German and Turkish speaking people. Ive got several questions:

1.) Do cpa-networks even accept anyone living outside the US?
2.) If yes, will there be some surveys and stuff like that offered for those languages? I have already seen that I wasnt able to access those kind of codebreaker sites, just because the surveys were not available in my language.
3.) Is there anything else I need to be cautious about, from a legal standpoint? This German bereaucratecy can be quite a bitch at times...

1) Im from Denmark and in with most of the major cpa networks, so yes, they allow people living outside US

2) Though the majority of offers is for US traffic only, most CPA networks have international offers as well. I used to push a survey campaign targeted to danish visitors only. Converted very well.

3) You mentioned you have codebreaker set up, be very aware of only running offers that allow incentivized traffic then. If you run incent traffic to non incent offers you risk losing all your commission and getting your account banned. As a rule of thumb, offers don't allow incentivized traffic. Those which do will have it mentioned in the offer description. If in doubt, ask your affiliate manager.

1.) Yes.
2.) I don't know about turkish offers but there are a few german offers out there. (Do you know Belb00n or Sup.er.clix (both german)? They have a lot of pay per lead offers. Some of them are non-incentive though, so if you should cover your tracks or choose only the incentive ones.
3.) I have no idea but as long as you cover your tracks and/or do just legal stuff, everything should be fine.

I'm not from Germany, but not really far from you man.

And yes, CPA works well regardless where I'm from.
