Any FTC regulations I should be aware of?

The FTC's jurisdiction only reaches as far as US borders. Unless you're doing something to get a US-based vendor in trouble (highly unlikely, but still...) you're pretty much set to go. Now, I'm not familiar with whatever the UK has that is like the FTC so you'd be doing yourself a favor to look that up.

Disclaimer: I'm not a lawyer, but I do know that the FTC can't extradite brits because of testimonials on landing pages.
