Any FTC regulations I should be aware of?

    Are there any FTC (or whatever that thing is) regulations that I should be aware of while promoting Clickbank products? I'm from the UK if this makes any difference.

    The FTC's jurisdiction only reaches as far as US borders. Unless you're doing something to get a US-based vendor in trouble (highly unlikely, but still...) you're pretty much set to go. Now, I'm not familiar with whatever the UK has that is like the FTC so you'd be doing yourself a favor to look that up.

    Disclaimer: I'm not a lawyer, but I do know that the FTC can't extradite brits because of testimonials on landing pages. :)
