I just did a search on "free web hosting" and it returned all kinds of stuff.
I'm gonna go out on a limb here and guess you didn't search before you posted this right? Do a search and you'll find what your looking for...

I'm always amazed at the number of people who want to make tons of cash online, but aren't willing to shell out $6/month for a basic hosting account.... you guys realize it works out to like 20 cents per day, right?

If you have $0.01 then hostgator with coupon: freetrial
Just keep taking new account every month if you can't even afford 10bucks/month
