Hello BHW. I will start an online business and first I should have a Paypal account that is verified. To make that I need a VCC that will work on Philippine Paypal Account. Is there any free VCC out there? I really need it asap to verify my account and lift the limits.

if you are really serious in doing business in IM you should invest some money to get some money. 10-20$ for vcc is not big investment if you are planning to use paypal as only payout/payment option.

My money stocked in my other paypal account. I can't send money even though its verified and my account still has limits. Paypal Sucks!

There are Free VCC but hard to find.

Well..If your paypal is limited and it is actually verified then better call paypal helpdesk,they will remove the limitation
