I need to register many twitter accounts and looking for verification services. Twitter doesn't send sms anymore so these free services don't work, they make a call. Any ideas?

Use paid services such as sms-activate
You can try to login on browser instead of app,however its mandatory to active phone for verification.

You can find very cheap phone numbers on sms activate site, they now even have option to rent a phone number on like 30 days if you need to use same phone number more than 1 time!

If you are looking for FREE then expect that your account would not be in a good situation. Those numbers are being recycled a lot of times. There are even sellers who are selling phone numbers that are being recycled. You need to find a seller who dont recycle their sim cards so that you would have a good quality account.
