Any Free Software To create Tier2 backlinks?

These softwares are not for free.So far i know there is no free link building SF.
It is quite costly : VPS,private proxy,article builders,captcha solving and the program itself. This alone is going to throw u back $300+.
How many links would you like to build? Maybe i can help you out for free
 
For start i recommend you just get some Private proxies for $10-20 USD and do the work manually if you are under budget ;)
 
Competitive keywords can sometimes be tricky. For a site stuck on the second page, I would first make sure the anchor text ratios are on point and if those are good, then I would try to get some stronger links like PBN posts or static PR links on your tier one. At the same time, you should be building some tier two links to strength your tier one. This will help your rankings in the long-term.

I am in the same process - at the beginning of PBN building. And for tier 2s am planning to user Fiverr gigs and some services from this forum - those that are not that expensive.

These are the most hottest tools of linkbuilding and they require more budget. You will not get any free Software. However, you can get the proxies on cheap rates and start yourself. Otherwise another option is valid is let me know what exactly u need? I can assist you in this regard.
 
Get a VPS with pre installed seo tools, That should be a good start for you instead of buying all the tools and spending more than 300$
 
I don't think if there's any free software, but you can try money robot submitter trial version.
 
What about Link Alchemist that just launched today? The sites are not revealed to the public. It is a mixed of meta index sites, RSS sites, Content sites and Secret Sauce sites (no idea what it is). It is used to boost your Tier 1 links. Drip feed over 300 days. You can choose to recycle your links. If any of you have been the beta tester for this software prior to the launch, please comment. It is the same guy who created SEO Link Robot.
 
how about using one click proxy mozila extension to create tier 2/3 web 2.0 properties? pls give ur suggestions
 
If you can spend $5, find a fiverr gig that does what you are looking for...the easiest and cheapest option for a massive link blast.
 
I do not think a free software like this exist the cheapest you are probably going to ever find is GSA.
