Any free or cheap programs to automate link posting to groups ?

I'm looking for a program that let's you post link with preview to all your facebook groups automatically, i know that it might get my accs banned but that's okay.

I am using massplaner. it is most suitable tool for me at least... use search button to find sales thread here...
