never used this site, but check out jukeboxprint

Edit: One more thing you can do is, if the feature you want is available elsewhere and it watermarks, then edit the picture the way you need. take a screenshot, and then open it on another website and export it without watermark.

that's true too. i forgot to mention is, zoom in till it covers the whole screen. hopefully OP have 1080p or greater resolution screen. if so for tshirt printing, then it will be scaling down mostly, which won't show much effect on quality.
though for t-shirt printing. I would really suggest OP to use vector images using illustrator or Inkscape.
