Any free easy pinger/submission tools?

Good day guys.

I am writing seeking a webtool that will help submit my URL to search engines, or an RSS submitter, or a blog pinger.

Of course I'm not looking for a miracle solution, just looking to get my new sites indexed faster.

Does anyone have any submission tool that is easy to use?
