yes .tk still offers free domains, if this is what you are really after try
more free domain options there for you all. (please edit spaces)
Don't listen to anyone above saying don't get a free domain, they rank just as well if your consistant.

if you happen to search on google for this, you soon will realize that you won't get too useful results, most of it is garbage or simply don't work anymore, dot.tk is one of those which still works and is still free or you can try freenom.com, where you can register .tk, .ml, .ga and .cf domains for free

Not sure if they still do this, but back in the day, they used to charge you if your site got popular enough (and take away the domain if you don't pay, of course).

Freenom.com for the free .ga and .ml extensions. I use these for testing scripts and wp plugins and they hold up pretty well.

I wouldn't go with .tk .I heard negative reviews about them like they shut down your domain easily
Unless you upgrade to their premium service, money grabbers
you can look for free .science domains if you are based in Europe or USA.
