Any free domain methods ?

You dont even say what you want, and how there can be free domain method if domains cost money ?

You should just search for a few .coms that you like and lurk around this forum until a $1 or 99cent promo code arrives, they are posted on here all the time. lol
 
i dont think co.cc is good domain as google de-indexed them about year ago, but re-indexed them later
 
There used to be one, its not working now.
 
Actually I found some Indian site the other day that had this method to get a free domain going though intuit's page. I put it up the other day but accidentally just copied and pasted that guys link (which i did not know was his affiliate link) and the post was taken down and I received an infraction. I understand why but yeah... There are methods out there.

That method doesn't work unless you have a stack of VCC lying around!
 
No actually it does work if you want to use one domain. I registered one. The only thing you need to do is use a cedit card to verify the account. Yes, if you did want to create multiple (mass) free accounts you would need VCC's.
 
Also, if you are in the UK i'm pretty sure you can get a .co.uk for free through some government scheme? you would have to google it :)
 
You can get a free ".in" domain for one year from http://www.indiagetonline.in/ . Just for your info that there are a lot of schemes around here and there, you just need to find one for you :)
 
he is right, there are free ways to buy domains with godaddy. I am not aware of them yet but i have heard this thing before.
