To clear the doubt,, 0.99$ domains can only be paid through paypal if you have a credit card added to your paypal account.

That's only if you buy hosting. You are obviously a hosting provider, are you affiliated with that site? Reeks of promotion

yes, im from Algeria and i can't pay 0.99$ domain with paypal on godaddy, it show me to use VISA only !

GoDaddy doesn't allow the ability to use paypal to pay for products with a coupon on them. (even if you have a credit-card linked to your Paypal, the option to pay with Paypal just doesn't come up)

Maybe its just for outside US? Doubt it though.

You're not going to find it for free trust me. It's just not out there. If something holds value you can be sure there's going to be someone holding their hand out for the cash.

there are coupons out there but hard to actually find and limited.

you can do a great job with certain subdomains for free and get ranked etc just as easily .

focus on earning money and then you can easily switch domains over once you have something going
