Any Free Article Submitters?

Hey guys, I'm looking for a completley free article submitter.

I've been using Brad Callens submitter for a while now and
it does a great job, but I'm going to create some PLR packages
to sell and would like to include a guide on how to submit the
articles to directories for free.

Problem is, I can't find anything at all which does it for free.

Do you know of anywhere?
