I am looking for a place to find some German writers for my articles like Fiverr for cheap price like $5/Article
Any recommendation will be appreciated.

I don't think that someone wold write at such rate. However you can try your luck at freelancer instead of fiverr.

See if you can find anyone on fiverr from Germany or offering German related services and see if they will do some writing for you.

$5 is about 10 minutes of the normal wage in germany so you will struggle with native Germans, but there are many German speaking Europeans who may be able to help

I am a German anf I get paid way better than that. Had a job once bringing in $16 for 300 German words.

You won't find someone if you do not accept to award a bit more
