You can join Upwork. As you sell SEO services, you should try seoclerk. Another alternative is to contact buyers through social media and outreach.

Cool! Upwork always looked a bit complicated to me, but might give it a try. Will try SEOClerk also.

Depending on your target audience, your price point and your location, you will find some are better than others.

This is a comprehensive list. I won't suggest Freelancer even to my worst enemy. The owner himself is a scammer. Warrior forum is a noob trap. Fb groups have great potential.

if think you will be must thankful that you got banned
fiverr is not seller firendly platform it also duducts 20% fees and many scam on fiverr too

I mean I got a lot of clients of fiverr and had some really good reviews too. So I was an established seller.
