Software like GSA can do this.

Only use it for tiered link building though. Don't point it straight at your site and expect it to rank.

If it is your money site, then I would say no to building links with any kind of software that directly points to your site. Quality and Patience are the two main concerns in link building. Build links naturally, diversify your link profile through Web 2.0, Guestographics, Guest posts to get contextual backlinks these are the powerful way to help you rank higher in search results.

GSA, Scrapbox can do it, but they are not safe for tier 1 , you may use those in tier 2.
