any fast method to rank youtube fast ?

okay
so im running a Gaming Youtube channel

and i want to rank my videos fast for keywords that are ( medium ) not easy to rank for but not hard to rank for ... so i know i need to do some good work


The ON SEO alone does not work

i tried with the TITLE , Desc, Tags , Thumbnails . File name , Video length , End cards .


i never ranked for a single keyword not even got a suggested views from videos ..etc



so im very messing something here ..

what am i messing ? views + likes + shares + social signals ?
if yes how many exactly ? and how fast they should start after uploading the video ?

for competing with videos that are 1 month old and has 100K-200K views ..


but ...
is this what is Blackhat method is about ? buying views and likes ...etc


or does it mean something else ??
