So i was mucking around with Yahoo buzz today. And made a small script in C# to automate the buzzing of topics. Dont bother asking for it, because im not giving it out. You can get a simple IMacro script on here that can be used with it if you are desperate. Well anyway, there is another thread on here with someone giving away yahoo accounts (MAJOR PROPS to that guy, cant find the thread, but it will pop up again no doubt). I got 500 off him and let rip. The app was actually pretty slow since i was automating the browser. Wasnt through sockets or anything. However : I managed to get 250 buzzes What i dont get though. Is that i got 1 (Yes one) unique from this whole exercise. I checked the front page of yahoo buzz, and to be honest it seems alot like digg. Only sites like newyork times, huffington post, mashable etc are allowed on the front page. Admittedly i didnt quite hope for front page, as it was over almost 2 hours to get that many buzzes. Anyway. The point of this thread. Has anyone ever been able to dominate yahoo buzz like every other social bookmarking website out there? Is there even any point in it. As i say, 200 diggs i should be on some sort of "Rising" list or up and coming page, but absolutely nothing.
