Any experience selling shopify stores on eBay?

I’ve been wondering, that especially on the days that eBay has £1 max selling fees, it would be incredibly profitable to sell your store there, instead of exchange or flippa, due to the high volume of traffic and surprisingly high demand of sites on eBay.

what do you guys think?
