I'm thinking of starting my own niche blog/website using bluematter's method. Anyone have any blog/websites of there own that they know of for me to read and get an idea of the format?

You don't need other peoples blogs just follow the thread and learn from it. Bluematter gives a very detailed step by step guide. Nobody will just give you their sites to look at anyway.
