One of my friend is making around $ 1000/m selling SEO services. When I ask him how he generate leads he just told me that I email my services to new website owners. Anyone here knows how this method works? How he is finding new website owners?

I don't know, he was not ready to disclose exact method. He just told me he target new website owners

local directories. Where all business owners list their websites that is more than enough and after that mailing is your skill SEO , Design , Logo , Whatever you can offer them.

I tried but I could only found established websites and they already working with other companies. How to filter only new website owners?

your answer is WHOIS API they are paid services for this they charge you based on TDL you choose and limit is only 2k per day if i am not wrong.

Google it for best prices which suites you.

Sounds like typical scraping of emails through open sources like google to me. He's making $1k/month which is a good start but not really that much in the big picture so it doesn't sound like he has a massive 10k email list.
I landed a couple of SMM clients by using cold email and LinkedIn.

Any email marketer here?
