Hi,

I love Elementor but I can no longer bare having shitty page load times anymore. I've literally tried everything to speed up my website with it but it doesn't work. When I do speed tests without it, my metrics are great but with it, they suck.

Any recommendations for alternatives?

Visual Composer.

Same man, even after optimizing, it is not fast enough.
Fortunately, some Gutenberg addons are good enough for my basic websites

Visual Composer.
The old or the new one? I've used WP Bakery (the original Visual Composer, they changed the name and launched a new product with the old name, an idiotic move but that's for another thread) and it's good and lighter but I feel like it lacks in features compared to Eliminator.

Thrive Architect ..... But still I find Elementor Pro ahead from the rest.

Oxygen Builder is best for the speed mate. Go for it. It doesn't have bloats like others.

Thanks!

I use Divi form Elegant Themes, they are always working to improve speed and functionality, and with good optimization you can get near perfect scores while getting a ton of features and flexibility in an overall friendly environment to work with.

Oxygen is the best, for page speed, optimization, seo onpage, flexibility, etc. I have agency licence, for unlimited sites and updates.

Tipi builder hands down! it's a builder that is bundled with one themeforest theme (zeen theme), but the performance of the pages it creates are ridiculous. Just that + a good basic set up (W3 Total Cache plugin + optimize images in photoshop before upload) I always get loading times of 1-2 seconds and high 95+ speed scores on gtmetrix.

I can easily have page load speeds under 1 second with Elementor so I’m sure your hosting isn’t top notch.

sorry but elementor doesn't slow down your website. I got the same issue.
If you have problem about speed you have to use a different caching plugin, optimize your images (there is a plugin for that) but first of all... CHANGE YOUR HOSTING SERVICE!
