Any Dvorak Typists?

    Any one here have a Dvorak layout / keyboard as their standard keyboard?

    About to switch and learn from using Qwerty and just wondering what anyone else has to say

    I just looked at one of those... What is the reason for switching? I would think that could be one of the hardest things anyone could do because the memory of a standard keyboard is so embedded into your mind.

    Looks cool, but gives me a headache to even think of relearning after so many years of QUERTY. Let us know how it goes with learning it.

    Well its designed to be ergonomic and aid in typing where as Qwerty keyboards where made to SLOW you down.

    Using Dvorak it will increase speed, accuracy, and also your hands will feel more comfortable and you don't get any injuries such as straining etc

    a company in western canada sells one that also has non-staggered keys, so it's even faster.

    pretty pricey tho... :(
