I wonder where to get free templates or mind sharing templates here? :D

Why I choose drupal is because of their technology of lego building,it's a huge learning curve but a great investment :tee:

If by Drupal "templates" you mean "themes", go here: http://drupal.org/project/Themes

I like Drupal a lot, but only for really big sites where I need a lot of flexibility or some extra custom programming type stuff.

Otherwise, I just use WordPress. It's easier to deal with.
 
I agree with Rick4691, i use drupal too but only for big sites. The only drawback i found in drupal is that is has few themes :( . You can take look here http://themegarden.org/drupal6/
 
posted before don't remember where some artisteer made drupal themes :) ... anyway artisteer can make them nicely . Drupal is great but hard like hell to learn all stuff's from it :)
 
If you have some CSS and HTML knowledge you can use this http://psd2cssonline.com/ with the drupal zen theme to make a new theme yourself

It's so easy to spam, you can do it with your eyes closed and your hands tied behind your back.

Spent a lot of time learning Drupal but I agree for simple sites not always the best to go with although I can get it up and running pretty quickly now.

Agree there aren't many good templates for it, thats the biggest drawback. If you know how to code your own off of an existing html file that works. I'm probably going to find a few good html templates and convert them to v6 and then just change out graphics and css when needed.

Messed about a bit with http://psd2cssonline.com/ and wasn't sure how well it worked but seemed to be a cool concept.

some people say drupal is not easy to administer, is it true ? how drupal can win over wordpress on the google side, is pagerank will see the drupal or wordpress ?
 
drupal isnt that easy to administer at first. then again ive never even used wordpress, i went straight to drupal. but i assume wordpress is easier considering all i've heard about it.
 
true,but drupal is all what you need

you can even create a facebook clone using drupal
 
Hey, how is drupal easy to spam? There's captcha and recaptcha and the mollom module amongst others, aren't they effective enough?
