As someone earlier mentioned, you missed quite some good deals last week. If you are not in a hurry wait until December when the holiday deals start. I'm sure you'll get some real good hosting and domain registration discounts as well. You could, in the meantime focus on developing content/site structure etc and maybe design your site offline, so you're all set to go when you grab a good deal in december.
