Any difference between Twitter profile with and without PR?

Hi guys.. Just a question..

Do you know if there is a difference between Twitter page with and without PR?

I can see, people have twitter accounts with thousands of followers, but their PR is 0, and I have a profile with PR4 but only some hundred followers..

I would also like to know how I can take advantage of the PR in twitter profile.

PR on twitter has no value at all.
