Please be aware that ZennoPoster (and UBot Studio, BAS, ...) leave massive footprints. To be detectable by smart platforms (like at YouTube, Facebook etc.).
A Twitter bot doesn't really need a browser emulation (provided by ZennoPoster, UBot Studio, BAS etc.), since there are no critial Flash components inside Twitter. This could all be done with simple HTTPS requests instead.

2018, and the creation of HQ accounts at Google/YouTube failed due to the footprints they left. (HQ accounts = accounts with a high quality and long lifetime)
But it worked with plain HTTPS requests instead (coded in C++).

If your accounts are API enabled then you can find many automation solutions

Look at dlvr.it
It can auto post from rss and schedule tweets.
It can't do everything else.
Most web based ones are quite bad you should stick with the popular ones.
