    Hi everyone,

I'm sure someone has dealt with this so I hope I can get some decent answers or get pointed in the right direction. I do mainly offline and some online whitehat SEO. I track the work we perform now via spreadsheets. It works ok, but I am wondering if anyone has knowledge of a database app that keeps track of clients work, payments, reports, etc?

Thanks in advance for any help.

I use Zoho. It has all kinds of add-ons so you can customize to a degree to your liking.

Basecamp looks really interesting. Do you use that now? I have heard of Buzzstream but have never really looked into it. Thanks for the info.

Buzzstream is expensive but it works and can easily be scaled (we have a large team)

Basecamp is extremely common and many marketing firms use it. I just wish they offered the code.

Test the out and if you find something better let me know cause I am always looking to improve.

Does Zoho have a free version? Or it is a paid one?

It's free for personal use, but once you get more than 3 projects then there is a nominal fee...
