Any decent free software for bulk twitter scheduling?

I'd like to write like 700 tweets now and then just set something up so they can be sent out twice a day for the next year lol, does that sound unreasonable?

It doesn't need to be 100% automatic, like if I could just queue them and make it so I just have to press 1 button on my phone when I want to send the next one out that'd be fine.

I imagine MP could do it, but I can't really justify spending the money on it, this'll just be a "for fun" kind of project.

queue up 300 tumblr posts (the limit), and you can set up incremental posting through tumblr, twice a day

Hootsuite. Just set up auto scheduling for twice a day and there you go.
