Any decent Ezoic alternative?

Hello everyone, as the title says, I'm looking for an alternative to Ezoic. My site is almost 14 years old and I have an average of 320-350 thousand organic visits per month. There are no campaigns and the percentage of visits from social networks is less than 0.5, so all visits are from search engines. The current situation is such that I earn between 230 and 300 dollars per month on Ezoic, which is devastating, until just a little more than a year ago, that income amounted to 1200-1400 dollars per month. I am aware that there is a general crisis and that the advertising pool has been significantly reduced, but it is devastating that my site has become a billboard and I am earning pennies even though I am bombarding visitors with ezoic advertisements.
I would like to mention that visitors are primarily from the Balkans (Serbia, Bosnia, Croatia) with approximately 20-25% from other countries such as Germany, Canada, America, etc...

It is whitehat 100%, i also have Adsense Mediation through the Ezoic system and that's paying pennies daily literally.

You can still try Google Adsense alone. Some people earn more trough them alone then in ad networks like ezoic.
Another alternative is media.net.

As far as I've researched, both require a majority of traffic to be from the USA only then they accept while OP said most traffic is from Balkans.

OP, can you tell us the niche. Maybe you can go with something other than display?

You may be right, but I remember that a year and a half ago I switched from Adsense to Ezoic and that I noticed a HUGE difference then. For example: I earned only 250-350 dollars on Adsense, and almost over 1000 dollars on Ezoic right after that.

Yeah, sure. It's a Medical knowledge base with over 7000 original texts, most of which date from 2010 and 2011.

Nice. That's very specific. Can you try to find affiliate programs that are very specific? Do you have any idea of your demographic who are they? Medical practitioners or students or something along those lines

If you can share your demo we can find solutions to better manage your trafic.
 
There is also adskeeper, but not sure about them.
