Bitify is not a perse escrow platform, but it is a marketplace platform and does provide escrow services and buying and selling is done in Bitcoin and Litecoin. So, you may request the seller to create an item to sell on the Bitify platform and then use their escrow service to buy it.
Nonetheless, if it is going to be https://www.collinsdictionary.com/dictionary/english/snake-oil that you will buy, then nowadays, even if bought through any escrow service, no one would be able to help at all, if incase the "oil" you buy turns out to be https://www.collinsdictionary.com/dictionary/english/snake-oil.

EDITED to reply to @Salamouna : OP mentions "I want to buy some account" AND since OP is frequent in the Google Ads section, the "accounts" that OP mentioned MAY pertain to Google Ads accounts and hence I mentioned "snake oil". By now, members who are frequent in the Google Ads section, would nowadays understand why I have used the word "snake oil". If not, just do not bother, but on a general note, all I can say is that it is "snake oil" season as far as Google Ads accounts is concerned.

OP, have you found any good escrow service? Please, share if they are legit.

swapd.co is a very trusted one too. But it requires kyc.
But recently they announced that KYC is not required for buyers paying with cryptos.
