Because I did a little research and I found that in order to get a lead with these offers you must complete a survey (so not this is not really for the email or zip)

I might suggest MaxBounty. Yet, it is important to take note that the quality requirements are rather high with these types of offers. You needn't ask a network to verify that but rather examine the nature of the offer. You're looking to be compensated for a very small piece of information. It must be targeted and accurate whereas a survey based e-mail submission is perhaps strict on validity but not targeting.

Many network has "real" email/zip submit offers. For example, we have more than 15 email submits that convert prettty great right now and has $1.75+ payout.

If your submits don't lead to anything beyond just an email or a ZIP code your traffic is pretty low quality for an advertiser unfortunately.
