As "the known" said, I am unfortunately not coding bots for the public anymore for many reasons, but I can give you some information about voting up comments (of course, I won't go too much in detail, due to YouTube watching this forum - yep I know you're reading this, Paul)
The comment rating algorithm has been changed, and many people think it is due to IPs, accounts, or whatever, but that is not the case. Throwing in proxies will help you in the long run, but it is definitely not necessary. It is the way the bot operates. Try to make it as "human" as possible, and emulate it exactly how the request is being sent legitimately. I would suggest you go on a freelance website and post a bid on there. Watch out for those people that think they know though - because most don't. Try to find somebody that previously have coded automated software, preferably for YouTube.
I got some more information as well on how to keep accounts alive and so on, but I can simply not post it here, because again, YouTube is watching this. PM me and I will try to help you out further.
