Any clean magazine type themes like these?

Hey guys

I've had an idea for a side project for a while now. Basically just a magazine that me and some friends (who are all creatives) are going to post up content.

Also thunk up a pretty cool domain name (and screw you assholes who register them just because they sound good lol, took 2 fucking weeks to come up with one that sounded good and wasn't registered by a squatter).

Anyway, I really like the clean magazine style of these websites. The problem is that some of them appear to be built on rebelmouse as far as I know, which is way too expensive for a side project.
