Just use scrapebox with Chinese footprints and scrape away.
 
I'm pretty sure you can even change the google country code in scrapebox so if this is a serious question you should be able to use any software that allows custom footprints.
 
IDK if I get your question 100%, but the English SEO Software's out there are wonky enough - I sure as hell wouldn't want a Chinese alternative lol.
 
Gscraper, an alternative to Scrapebox is Chinese-made.
